Bio:
Anna Weaver is the Principal of Holloman Middle School as of July 2024. She was previously the Assistant Principal of Mountain View Middle School from August 2023 to 2024. Anna began her career in education at White Mountain View Elementary in Ruidoso in 2012, where she taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades before moving to Ruidoso Middle School to teach math to 6th and 7th graders. She became the head of the math department and was also in charge of school data for the middle school. As the Student Council Advisor, she was named the New Mexico Middle School Advisor of the Year in 2021 by the New Mexico Association of Student Councils. In 2023, she was awarded the Excellence In Student Achievement Award by the New Mexico School Board Association.

Anna is married to Mike Weaver and has four children: Samantha, 25, an EA at Ruidoso Middle School; Jennifer, 21, attending UNM; Michael, 19, attending NMSU; and Zachary, a junior at Ruidoso High School. She also has two step-sons: Grant, who is enlisted in the Army, and Kyle, who graduated from Ruidoso High School. Born in Oxford, England, Anna's father was enlisted in the Air Force and her mother was British. She is passionate about providing opportunities for any student to succeed.
